Acupuncture is a beautifully relaxing modality that allows you to take time out from life to rest and unwind, dropping built-up tension from the nervous system. Some people enjoy receiving acupuncture regularly especially and solely for this purpose. Herbal medicine can also be a great support in between sessions.
